GIS and All-Flo are excited to announce that Gatterdam’s will be responsible for distribution, service and support services for All-Flo’s Air Operated Diaphram Pump lines.  The All-Flo line consists of  rugged, lube-free, non-stall/freeze air diaphragm pumps.  They serve a variety of industries including petrochemical, food/beverage, oil, mining and construction.

Gatterdam Industrial Services recently completed the acquisition of Atlas Machine & Supply’s Pump Division.

As you know, Gatterdam’s has experience in the pump industry in rebuilds and distribution, however Atlas’ group adds an incredible level of experience and expands our service offerings. Our joint operations will now offer the following services 24 hours a day:

• Prozone Services (AOP process for odor control and disinfection)

• Pump Maintenance Contracts Weekly, monthly, or quarterly checks on your critical pump requirements
• Pump Extraction or Installation/Startup
• Complete Lift Station Rebuilds We can rehab your entire lift station, both wet well and valve vault.
• End suction pumps in stock We carry over $20,000 in Peerless components for building your end suction close coupled or frame mounted pump the same day you need it. Pump Motors in stock. Assembling pumps to provide up to 350′ tdH and 700 GPM.
• System Design and Troubleshooting We can help you select and size your pump to provide optimum performance. We can also review your existing installation to help pinpoint the issues causing you problems such as pumps, seals, valves or controls. Not sure of the type of pump or how much pump you need? • Fire Pump We sell complete Fire Pump Packages and also offer rebuild services of your pumps and existing systems in the event non-compliance is an issue.
• Pump Efficiency Audits Are you throttling pumps back? Are you running your Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps wide open? You are not only wasting energy, but you are also putting mechanical wear and tear on your equipment. Our audits will identify these areas and provide the recommendations. Savings from less energy waste and less mean time between repairs are savings that go straight to your bottom line.
• Laser Alignment and Vibration Analysis Poor alignment and excess vibration not only cause mechanical stress and failure on the pump, they can also damage valves and piping. Vibration can also be a signal of early bearing failure that can cause a pump to seize. Proper alignment of a pump will greatly enhance the life of the pump and motor bearings. These services ensure the optimum performance of your equipment and can prevent costly repairs.
